The management of Avonpdc is intent on providing the right people, organisation and resources to ensure that the company achieves and maintains profitability by producing diecastings of acceptable and consistent quality. By providing our customers with first class products, on time and at the right price, we benefit not only the customer but also ourselves. Our aim must be to eliminate wastage and reduce costs by diligent application of all quality procedures.
All other operations performed at Avonpdc fall under the responsibilities at present of the General Manager.
The General Manager, supporting staff and all employees of this factory recognise their responsibilities towards maintaining adequate quality control standards and the necessity to operate within the remit and systems laid down in the company quality plan.
A policy of continued improvement is practised within this business. To this end all employees are encouraged to participate in the search for further improvements in the quality of products and working practices.
Where improvements can be economically achieved by modifying the working of any code of practice this is automatically adopted.
